Shipping & Return Policy
Last updated February 14, 2020 SHIPPING POLICY Delivery of goods takes 3 To 4 working-weeks time (usually standard shipping 3 To 4 working-weeks or earlier). However, sometimes shipping takes longer depends on location of customer delivery address, and postal delays (because of adverse circumstances). Urgent and expedite delivery will be only considered upon special request from customers - however, there will be a minimal additional charges approx. SGD 20-30 & approx. 1 To 2 weeks of delivery time. NOTE: No cancellation of orders after order placement completed. We only consider refund Iff delivered products/goods in damaged condition, and mandatorily we recommend customer to take a full-stretch video of Parcel opening from beginning to end as a proof of damage. In other-words, as formerly stated without parcel opening video, we won't able to help customer on their refund request. RETURN POLICY RETURNS Quality of our product and services to our customers is our utmost priority.However, in certain circumstances, we only consider refund Iff delivered products/goods in damaged condition, and mandatorily we recommend customer to take a full-stretch video of Parcel opening from beginning to end as a proof of damage. Returns must be postmarked/reported within 24 hours from date of delivery, and video proof must be provided to us to process your refund request. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) working days to process your return upon receiving the item.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
